When ordering with GreenGreenStore, we offer:
- Free Next Weekday Delivery on UK orders over £200 (small fee for under £200). Some regions, like Northern Ireland and remote areas, may incur a small fee and take 2-4 business days. All deliveries are insured. Tracking available by evening on dispatch.
- Order by 11 AM Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) for same day dispatch.
- Saturday Delivery: Available for a small fee if ordered by 11 AM Friday (select at checkout). Otherwise, delivery will be on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- Parcel Shop Collection: Available with valid ID if you're not home. DPD may also deliver to a parcel shop if you're unavailable.
- No "Leave in Safe Place" nor "Leave with Neighbour" option will be available, to ensure delivery safety.
Returns/Refunds
- 30-days Return Period (the return is pre-paid, read more here).
- Refunds will be issued within 2 business days once we have received your return. Once issued, it may take between 2-10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, this varies based on the source used. See our FAQ for more information on returns.
- Any optional shipping upgrades, such as Saturday shipping, are non-refundable.

CAD Laptop Warranty upgrade Cost:
- £59 to upgrade from 6M to 12M

Non-CAD laptop warranty upgrade cost:
- £29 to upgrade from 6M to 12M
- Or £39 to upgrade from 3M to 12M

Terms:
- Warranty upgrades can be made within 30 days of your order only, any warranty upgrades ordered more than 30 days after your order, will not be eligible for the extended coverage & will instead be refunded.
- If no warranty upgrade option was visible on the store product page at checkout, we presently do not offer warranty extension on that item - please do not order this extension (it will be refunded without any warranty extension).
- This optional warranty upgrade option is exclusively for the website orders (which are placed directly on http://www.GreenGreenStore.co.uk only). Orders made from our other channels, e.g. eBay, would not be eligible for this upgrade option.
- Our warranty is inclusive of the parts & labour costs when active. It is a return to base / RTB service (not onsite). Where needed, we may ask you to send the device to us for servicing.
- Our warranty is inclusive of courier collect & postage cost within the first 30 days. We'll cover the cost to send the repaired device back to you throughout the warranty duration. We'll pay for the collection postage cost within 30 days of the order too. After the first 30 days, the collection cost will be chargeable at £15 per instance.
- If you experience any device issues that is covered by the warranty, simply contact our dedicated support team. We'll guide you through the process and arrange for repairs.
- Warranty Repairs can take an estimated 7-14 working days from when we receive the item. This may vary depending on the type of repair and the availability of parts if required.

Extended warranty does not consumeable parts - it does not cover the battery nor the chargers, these are are covered for 30 days from the initial date of the device's delivery only.
- If you have purchased multiple units on a single order, please leave a note during checkout for which unit(s) you would like to extend the warranty for. This upgrade only covers 1 unit, to extend multiple, please match the quantity of this listing to the number of units you wish to extend.
- If you have multiple units which currently have different warranty lengths, you will need to add two versions of this product listing to your cart before checkout, or place multiple new orders.
- Some product categories (such as CAD laptops) go through more wear during their lifetime and so have different pricing accordingly. Please select the type of laptop you have purchased to get the correct pricing. If you are unsure which category your order fits into, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
FAQ: How do I purchase device warranty upgrade?
Q1: Is there any difference between purchasing the warranty with the device upfront, or purchasing the warranty add-on later, within the first 30 days?
The service is exactly the same - except purchasing it upfront together may be faster & make it less likely for one to forget about purchasing the warranty upgrade add-on, given the warranty upgrade needs to be purchased within the first 30 days.
Q2: If I'm purchasing the device for the first time, can I add this "post device purchase" add-on into the basket?
When purchasing a device, we would suggest using the "upgrade" option within the device's product page (rather than putting this standalone / post purchase add-on into the cart). The post purchase item is typically intended for the customers to acquire the warranty upgrade within the first 30 days of their purchase.
Q3: I've purchased a device from another channel that GreenGreen Store operates in (e.g. our eBay store), could I use this form to get it extended to 12 Months?

Q5: Does this warranty upgrade offer cover liquid damage or accidental damage?
No, this warranty upgrade offering is merely a duration extension on the standard warranty offering that we provide. Both the included warranty duration, and any upgraded warranty duration would remain a limited hardware warranty, and will not, to be clear, cover accidental or liquid damage. Grade Opened Box / Never Used:
A like-new unit, may be an open box product or may have been unsealed by us. These units will not have been by an end user, only by our in-house technicians. The laptop may have very small wears and/or marks, however these must be very limited or almost unnoticeable.
Grade A:
This is a laptop that has a very good condition screen. It may have some wear on the keypad, bezel or trackpad and could have some visible wear on the exterior such as the lid or base. Tests on the battery will show over 60% of the battery charge available.
Grade B:
This describes a laptop with a good condition screen, with faint pressure marks, surface marks and up to 2 stuck pixels. It may have some wear on the keypad, bezel or trackpad and could have some visible wear on the exterior such as the lid or base.
Grade C:
This is used to describe any laptop with a screen that could be described as in a functional condition (visible pressure marks & surface marks, over 2 stuck pixels). There could be heavy wear on the keyboard, trackpad or palmrest and there may be heavy wear and small marks on the exterior such as the lid or base.
- Hardware warranty included. All items we provide include some Return-to-Base (RTB) hardware warranty with us (UK-wide only). This duration varies between 3 to 12 months, this is stated in the product description tab on each product page (any RAM/SSD upgrades made will be covered by this in-house duration only). This limited hardware warranty does not include accidental damage cover (e.g. from liquid damage/drops, etc).
- The Battery & the charger both have 30 days in-house warranty only.
- Any accessories purchased will have 30 days in-house warranty only.
- Warranty Extensions: Warranty upgrades can be made during checkout, they can be selected just to the right of the product images above, or within 30 days of your order only, any warranty upgrades ordered more than 30 days after your order, will not be eligible for the extended coverage & will instead be refunded. Both the included warranty duration, and any upgraded warranty duration would remain a limited hardware warranty, and does not cover for liquid nor accidental damage.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Items are backed by our in-house warranty period only, any remaining manufacturer warranty is not considered to be included as part of the listings. It should be regarded as a bonus only and we cannot guarantee that this will be honored by the manufacturer.
- Support: Our technicians will provide support within our in-house RTB warranty period. We can provide a basic level of software support. This includes simple Windows setup tips, etc (to help you getting started). To be clear: detailed software support, third party software support & software training is not included.
- Repairs: Warranty Repairs can take an estimated 7-14 working days from when we receive the item. This may vary depending on the type of repair and the availability of parts if required. We do not offer any data recovery service, backing up your data is your responsibility. Within the first 30 days, we'll pay the postage cost to collect the item (for repair/replacement). After the first 30 days, we'd ask the customers to safely send the items to us (we'll still pay to send it back to you).
Are the prices on the website inclusive VAT, or exclusive of VAT?
The prices we quote on the website are inclusive of VAT, so there is no additional VAT charge to worry about.
What is the VAT Margin Scheme?
This is frequently used for second hand goods / refurbished products - where the price you see includes the VAT, but the VAT cannot be claimed back, nor displayed separately on the invoice.
What is Standard VAT?
Goods sold on this include the 20% UK VAT & if you’re a VAT registered business you may be able to claim this back.
How do I know which one it's sold on?
Items on Standard VAT will show the Ex VAT price below the price including VAT. All items will have a small line below explaining which it is sold on. The item description will also confirm which VAT an item is sold on.
Can I claim back the VAT on purchases on the GreenGreen Store?
1. If you're eligible to claim-back the UK VAT normally (e.g. you're a VAT registered company or a similar entity), then you should be able to reclaim the VAT, if the item is sold as "Standard VAT" (as in it includes the 20% VAT). Some of the items on the GreenGreenStore are sold on the Standard VAT scheme.
2. If a product, however, is sold on the VAT Margin Scheme, then you cannot claim the VAT back (the VAT is included in the price, but cannot be separately displayed).
3. If you're a private individual, this does not affect you. The price you see is the price you pay.
