Delivery Information
We know getting the item on time is important - so here are more details for your peace of mind.
UK Delivery Information
Dispatch time: your order will normally be sent the day after the payment clears, unless you order by 11am on a working day in which case your order will be dispatched same-day.
You could receive delivery text notifications / emails, if you enter your mobile during checkout process.
Courier Service: we use a next-day insured courier service with DPD, your order will be packaged with care in the premium protective box. You will not be able to choose the options of leave at a safe place or with a neighbour, due to the value of the goods sold. You will be able to collect your order from a DPD parcel shop if are unable to be in for your delivery, you will need ID to collect your order. DPD may occasionally deliver your order to a parcel shop if you are not in, rather than retry delivery.
The next-day applies to the working weekdays. If the Next day service is unavailable at the delivery postcode (e.g. Scottish Highlands, NI, etc), we'll opt for the 2-3 days insured service for you. There isn't Saturday delivery option: if you order on a Friday, you will normally receive the item on the next Tuesday).
Whilst we use a premium guaranteed service (in the rare cases, may still have delay).
It may take slightly longer around the weekends or the Bank holidays.
Signature: you will have to sign for your delivery.
Customers with a non-standard UK address, for example Armed Forces, should contact us in advance of purchasing, as there may be a surcharge or alternative method/steps of postage required.
We cannot send orders to 3rd party UK re-shipping centres.
Packaging/content arrived with marks?
Please let us know within 7 days of the arrival, if there is physical marks on the packaging/content of your order upon - this is so we can follow-up it with our couriers to address any issue.
Collections
Most of our business are online, we do not have a customer accessible show-room. However, we may rarely be able to offer to view of our laptops locally, upon arrangements in advance.
EU/International Buyers
We do not accept international orders via our website yet (should be available in the late 2019). Within the first 30 days, you may return for a refund, a refund is not available after the 30 days. Please do not return any items without first contacting us.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item arrives back safely, in the same condition as shipped. If you wish to proceed with a return request, please immediately stop using the product, and repackage it for a return. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct proportionate depreciation in value when product.
Internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
Additional Return Policy Details
Our items are thoroughly tested & logged for security reasons before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect any of the following:
i) Sign of customer induced damage (CID): this includes, but is not limited to liquid damage, visible physical drops/damages; damage caused by external electrical power surges.
ii. If any warranty sticker, labels, or windows key label have been removed/broken; if the operating system has been changed, if the bios have been changed; hardware has been modified; or if the product has been registered with the manufacturer (where applicable, please only register this product once you have fully inspected and are happy with the product).
