NoFraud is a fraud prevention solution for eCommerce businesses. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses and alert them if they find a transaction is at high risk for fraud. This protects consumers against unauthorized credit card use and protects businesses against fraud chargebacks.
What is NoFraud?
What happens if my order is flagged by NoFraud?
You may receive an email from NoFraud because your transaction displays irregular shopping characteristics or is at an elevated risk for fraud. NoFraud wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder before the order is processed.
Will NoFraud ever ask me for my personal information?
NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number or any other personal information.
Will my order be delayed?
For most customers NoFraud is instant, occasionally NoFraud will contact you to verify a transaction, this should take no longer than two business days to complete. Once NoFraud has confirmed the cardholder, the order will begin to be processed. We recommend you complete their process as soon as possible to avoid delays.
I did not make the transaction, What do I do now?
After confirming that the transaction was truly unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company/payment account and inform them that your card has been compromised.
