Out‑of‑Warranty Repair Fees and Terms


All GreenGreenStore devices come with a standard warranty duration inclusive.


Should you need assistance after that period has ended, we still offer chargeable repair services (at subsidised rates, for up to two years from the original delivery date). Beyond two years we’re unable to service the device and recommend contacting the manufacturer or a specialist repairer.

**Covers the collection, return shipping and initial technician assessment. Non‑refundable. Chargeable per use. Missed collections incur a £10 (inc. VAT) courier surcharge unless rescheduled with us two working hours prior to the start of the collection slot.

Service Journey (outside of warranty)
If you're wishing to proceed with a chargeable repair, contact us. We'll remotely troubleshoot & assess if the device can be repaired first. If it might be repairable, we would arrange for the unit to be assessed. 
1. Assessment – we perform the Handling & Inspection (fee payable prior to collection).
2. Quote & Decision – you receive a detailed cost breakdown and can approve or decline the repair.
Approve – we proceed with repair and final testing.
Decline – we return the device unrepaired.
3. Delivery back to you – device shipped back; the Handling & Inspection fee is payable in all cases.

Accidental or Liquid Damage
If we find signs of impact, liquid ingress, corrosion or other accidental damage, we stop work and return the device because repairs are usually uneconomical. The Handling & Inspection fee still applies. We recommend seeking assistance from the manufacturer or a third‑party accidental damage repair specialist.

Can I use a third‑party repair service?
Yes. You’re free to choose any repair provider, and they may offer conveniences—such as in‑person drop‑off—that avoid posting the device back and forth. However, once a third‑party has serviced the unit we can no longer provide further assistance, and any remaining GreenGreenStore warranty or service eligibility ends.

Legal
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Liability for any single device is limited to the fees paid to GreenGreenStore for that device. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and all other applicable consumer‑protection legislation.
