We wanted to share a quick update regarding our shipping to Northern Ireland. To align with the upcoming General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), effective 13th December 2024, we’ve temporarily paused shipments to Northern Ireland.

This change does not affect shipping to Scotland, Wales, or England (we'd ship there as normal). The GPSR introduces additional requirements on shipping to Northern Ireland (and the EU) due to its unique regulatory alignment with certain EU standards under the Northern Ireland Protocol. It does not affect orders shipped prior to the 13th December 2024.

Northern Ireland makes up a small percentage of our orders, though we’re working hard to resume shipping as soon as possible. Rest assured, all our products we offer are from trusted brands, carry the CE/UKCA marking, ship with product safety information, and have been thoroughly tested by our technicians pre-shipping.
