We’re keen that you have a better idea when your GreenGreenStore order will arrive. Your order will be shipped via DPD’s fully-insured service. This is typically a next business day service (excluding a few regions such as the Scottish Highlands, etc - where the delivery will be a 2-business day service at no extra cost).

The below are some delivery timeline estimates*:

Pre Christmas: Order by 11am Monday 22nd December and it should arrive on Tuesday 23rd December (Excluding Northern Ireland and other remote regions).

Pre-New Year Delivery: Orders placed after the 11am Monday 22nd Dec cut-off, but before 11 am Monday 29th Dec will be dispatched on Monday 29th Dec, for delivery from Tuesday 30th Dec*.

Post New Year Delivery: Orders placed after 11 am on Monday 29th December will be dispatched from Friday 2nd January 2026. Orders should be with you from Monday 5th January 2026* onwards.

Our cut-off is 11am on each of the dates above.
