The Holidays Delivery Guidance

We’re keen that you have a better idea when your GreenGreen Store order will arrive. Your delivery will be shipped via DPD’s fully-insured service (next-day service across most of the UK, excluding a few regions e.g. Scottish Highlands, NI, etc; in those regions, the delivery will be a 2-days service at no extra cost).

The below are some delivery timeline estimates*:

• Pre Xmas: Order by 11am Wednesday 22nd Dec (you should get it from the 24th Dec). It should arrive on the 23rd (unless you're based in NI or other more remote regions).

• Pre New-Year: Orders after the 11am 22nd cut-off, but received by 11am Wednesday 29th Dec - will be dispatched on the 29th with next business day service (DPD).

• Post New-Year: Subsequent orders will be dispatched on Tuesday 4th January, via DPD. This should be with you from Wednesday 5th Jan 2022 onwards.

Our cut-off is 11am on each of the dates above.

*These are estimates only. There may still be some delays during the popular shopping season. We are unable to offer guaranteed service again until early January 2022 (majority of the suitable couriers are currently not offering any Guaranteed Service). Across the whole of 2021 - we have not experienced significant delays with the DPD. It may be sensible to order sooner, rather than later.
